Twice Daily Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your Twice Daily self-care ritual. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original condition/packaging.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@twicedailyskin.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide next steps and a return shipping label (when applicable).

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged/defective on arrival), we’ll cover the return shipping.

  • For all other returns, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email hello@twicedailyskin.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.

Final Sale Items
Gift cards, promotional items, and discounted “final sale” products cannot be returned.

Gift Returns
If you received Twice Daily as a gift, please contact us with the order details (if available). We can issue a store credit or refund to the original purchaser.
