Twice Daily Shipping Policy
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). During launches or promotions, processing may take an extra day.
Carriers & Delivery Estimates
We ship via USPS. Typical transit times after your order ships:

Standard (Economy): 3–7 business days

Expedited: 2–3 business days

Express: 1–2 business days
Tracking info is emailed as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Shipping Rates

Standard (U.S.): flat $6.95

Free Standard Shipping: orders $50+ (after discounts, before tax)

Expedited/Express: calculated at checkout by carrier
Order Changes & Address Corrections
If you need to update your shipping address or cancel, email hello@twicedailyskin.com within 1 hour of placing your order. We’ll do our best, but once an order is packed or shipped, changes aren’t guaranteed.
Undeliverable/Returned Packages
Packages returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped; additional postage may apply. If you prefer a refund instead, we’ll refund the product price minus original shipping once the item is received back in unused, sellable condition.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Marked “Delivered” but not received? Please check with household members and neighbors first, then contact the carrier. If still missing after 3 business days, reach out to us and we’ll help file a claim.

“In Transit/Delayed” scans can occur during peak seasons or weather events. Most packages resume movement within a few days. If your tracking hasn’t updated in 7 business days, contact us.
We’ll always do our best to assist, but Twice Daily isn’t responsible for carrier delays or theft after delivery. Route/package protection is coming soon.
PO Boxes, APO/FPO
Yes—USPS is required for PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Expedited/Express may be limited.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the U.S. only. International shipping is on our roadmap—stay tuned by joining our email list.
Preorders & Backorders
If an item is marked Preorder/Backorder, the estimated ship window will be shown on the product page. Orders containing preorder items ship together unless you place separate orders.
Damages in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, email hello@twicedailyskin.com within 7 days with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and product. We’ll make it right.
Holidays & Peak Times
Carrier networks can slow during holidays and severe weather. Please allow extra time and consider expedited options if your order is time-sensitive.
Taxes & Duties
Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable.
